First if you have to dump it is before the entrance and no fresh water there.
Our site was 118 but no way no how could we level even with our liquid springs. My partner tried for 1/2 hour. We went to the entrance and they took me around to some sites and we found one. The problem was Friday night which was full. The site they gave us was overflow.
First the paved road is really rough. The gravel is better. It is a mile or more to the sites from the entrance.
Some sites are huge and a whole area of sites were for seasonal campers who leave their rigs.
Close to St John’s don’t miss the geology museum which we saw in 2017.
We went to a theater production last evening at the Perchance theater in Cupids. Very good.
Great coastal hikes on the east side where we saw whales and hundreds of Puffins and many Loons.
There is a Costco and Dominion in Mount Pearl.
Cell service was in and out but some locations depending where your site was located seemed better. Don’t depend on it. We had our booster up with little change. They had an internet but everyone we talked to could not get it to work and it was right by the two comfort stations.
One hike within the park was closed.
No fires because of the dry weather then it rained and they allowed them again.
Washers and dryers $1.50 but dryers needed more to dry your loads.
