They have 3 first come first served campsites here. Every campsite has a bench and a fireplace. Its near the road but you can hear is barely. You can walk or ride to the sea and there are a lot of people jogging, walking around in the park, nice vibe!

If you spend the night here and have the time enjoy the park. There is a picnic area down the main road, Dillon Point Road, and also some walking and biking trails.

Arrived at 4 on a Friday. One campsite was occupied so took spot #1 closest to the front. By 6 PM all three spots were taken. Ranger came by to take the $12 deposit and was helpful enough to give us details on the park and guide us to add an additional ticket to our unattached sedan so that they knew it was paid. There was a little bit of road noise but it wasn't a big deal.
We did have a bit of a surprise as a line of cars stared to form just outside of our spot starting at 6 AM. Turns out this is a very big fishing spot and there was a line all the way past the entrance to get in. They mostly kept quiet but we could hear some talking with the windows open. At 8 they all flooded into the park and we were left in peace.
There is a porta potty nearby and a camp grill and picnic table at each spot. Ground is sloped a little but didn't bother us.
The park donation sheet shows check out time as noon but the ranger emphasized it was 9 AM. They did say that we don't have to leave the park and can merely pull out of the enroute campsites and park along the road. Camping is only allowed for one night.
Overall I'd say it was a good experience for a really pretty spot and a cheep place to camp in the SF Bay area.

Great overnight stop for $12. We tow a 25' TT with an F-150 and were able to stay hooked up, and just fit into the space. We arrived around 3:30. The ranger said we need to be out of the space by 9:00 a.m. but are welcome to parallel park near the entrance and enjoy the park. Water spigot, picnic table, and grill at the site. There's traffic noise intermixed with the sounds of nature.
Due to Covid, only two of three spots are available. Also, you arrive after 3 pm. Some reviews have said after 6 pm.
We walked the trail around the park, very relaxing!

Gem! Definitely a go to spot with good cell reception and great weather. Quiet dry camping with outside running water. Not supposed to be hooked up but we did since we were the only ones staying that night.
