You do get some freeway noise. I talked to a local and they said the park fills up in summer and during sporting events but we went in March and there were only a few other campers. Would stay again if passing through.

Campground roads are paved with paved sites. Lots of grass and some trees. The sites are spaced pretty well. They have both back in and pull through sites.
Site #9 was a back in site. It was fairly level and plenty long for 37 foot class A and tow vehicle. The site had a fire ring and picnic table.
Campground has dog park, bathrooms, showers, laundry room, cable, and WiFi. Did not use any of the amenities.
Verizon 2 bars 5G. Able to talk, text, search internet and stream videos.

Easy enough to get in. Reservation name was marked on the spot. Although it said no early check in, no one gave me grief getting there an hour and a half early.

WE have been coming here for over 10 years. The sites are spacious and level. Covid took its toll on the park with some people making it their sole living spot with sketchy rigs. Some of the repairs like insulation to keep the water spickets from freezing are done in a hap hazard way. The staff is nice and accommodating.

This a nice camp. Everything you'd want, including a clean laundromat. Pretty trees, too.

There’s a dog park and a cool nature trail that leads down to the McKenzie river. The showers are all right, the water wasn’t very hot but warm enough to shower. It’s a nice stop through site, I would stay again. The Wi-Fi is pretty spotty. The sites have fire pits and of course the picnic tables come with algae and moss in this area.

I really liked that it was on the northern part of the city. There was plenty of space between campsites and relatively quite. It does have full hookups and wifi (which can be spotty) . I WFH and was able to stay connected using my verizon hotspot without any issues, which was great. We will definitely stay here next time we return to Eugene.

Nice stopover at this county park in Eugene after Crater Lake and before continuing to Seattle. Quiet and peaceful park with lots of room between sites and really nothing out of the ordinary to report! I guess no news is good news here and really had no other thoughts about this place. The rat living in a hole by our picnic table which my kids had fun messing with. Coming from Phoenix in July made the cooler weather here spectacular!
Wifi connected with strong signal strength but service was virtually unusable for my entire party as no internet sites would load. iMessage didn't work either so I stayed on T-Mobile 5G which was pretty strong, just didn't want to use all my data! Arrived later in the day so I called the phone number of the host who directed me to the spot and that was it since I was prepaid.
Would recommend but minus one star because of the poor Wifi, especially if you need to get work done remotely and reliably.

If is also very close to everything, this worked out for us as we awoke to a flat trailer tire. Discount Tire was only 5 miles away, due to the way the nail went into the tire, it was not repairable. Discount Tire had one in stock and in the time it took me to nice breakfast, they replaced the tire and we were on our way!
