Nice big, wide-open spaces, I had good Wi-Fi, highway noise not bad. Easy on/off highway. The only negative is that the showers were not operational. Great place to escape the heat from the Coachella Valley cities. Only a 25 minute drive up the hill from Palm Desert (4000+ feet). Usually 15 degrees cooler than valley.
