Based on reviews I grabbed a spot for the night. Super clean facility with all the essentials. Quartzsite generally is a bit more austere compared to other locations, so think gravel and asphalt rather than lawn. The park is easy to navigate and most sites are pull throughs with full hookups. There is patches of lawn between each site and a cement pad/patio. Our 2nd visit here, glad we came back. Just spectacular scenery & hiking. Mesquite loop is great, and quiet. Only negative, and it's minor, is the park is always under a burn ban, so plan accordingly for your meals. No fires or charcoal grills allowed.

Convenient location if you’re traveling I70 and need an overnight. Looks like half the park is full time residents, half for transients. Grass, level sites, the approach road has a few pot holes.
