Overall Rating

This area is just outside the designated dispersed section of Prescott Valley. It is tucked into a valley along US 89

Note US 89 does not allow rigs over 40 feet.

The entry to the area is a tight turn if coming from Prescott. The entry is asphalt and is well graded. There is a tree on the right of the entry with low branches that would prevent any tall rigs from entering.

There are two loops one can turn around. The upper smaller loop is shaded but not level. The lower loop is in the sun and has one level spot.

The site does have road noise from US 89

The site had 2 bars of Verizon 4G with 48 megabit download and 0.1 megabit upload. It had 2 bars of AT&T 4G with 25 megabit download and 0.5 megabit upload.
