Stayed on 4/27/24. Very few places open for the season despite warm temperatures above freezing. This place was open and had only 4 of spots occupied. Spots were easy to level and had not services. It beat location off the road a ways and along river. So, quiet, and dark for good sleeping.
It is a pay campground. $17 for out of state. But, envelopes, drop bo, were out of commission for us so didn’t pay.

We paid $13 with Annual Interagency pass. Not sure how many sites, maybe 15. You might want to park and walk around before you drive the loop. You can get in 1-3 without driving the loop. #1 is the biggest. Hosts Bill and Tricia were great. Bill will run your shuttle, though the river was pretty high and we didn't float it. No cell for Verizon or T-mobile. Spotless vault toilet. No water. Good solar in 1-3, except 3 has a tree that blocks the sun somewhat. Good fishing access down the railroad tracks downstream. T-Mobile at the last Coller SWA area downstream across the bridge.
