You can refill tanks on property. It is really easy access. I have 30 lbs tanks and easy to fill up.

They sell it on site from a tank. Access is good.

Yes, the tank is really good access in an open lot. There's also a hardware store up the road (maybe a couple miles) that sells it at a more reasonable price.
