Nice campground, lots of shade trees, a bit too much highway noise though, but that's the price for the convenient location. We didn't go into the bathrooms, but the laundry room was nice and clean, and appreciate that it's open 24 hours. We were in space 55, and it was not at all level side to side.

Adorable small campground with everything you need - 1/4 mile from Mesa Verde entrance, heated pool, 2 hot tubs, clean laundry room with 5(?) washers and dryers and tables and chairs to sit - used all of the above and everything very clean and well maintained. Was in a “premium site” which was large shady and level - def worth the extra few dollars. Pull thrus across the way also very spacious. Excellent wifi and decent cell signals. Sad to leave!!!

This is a full service CG with friendly staff, FHU, pool, dog walk, store, LP, ... but otherwise nondescript. Sites are tight.

Staff very friendly! You’re only a mile from park entrance and a quick 15 minute drive to Cortez. We even went to Durango for the evening after we arrived. Our 45’ Motorhome wouldn’t have made it to Durango because of parking so I’m glad we took the car. Took two tours at Mesa Verde, Balcony and Cliff House, which we’re awesome and you can do in one day. If possible, go to the tourist office and buy your tickets in advance. Not necessary but it’ll help choose your specific time.

We enjoyed our stay here and the convenience of this location. This is a very nice park- but don't confuse it with one of those big fancy RV Resorts. This is a small and simple park that is well run, friendly and clean. The park is right on the road and you can hear the road- but it doesn't bother me (I like the white noise.) There are plenty of amenities (not fancy) but all nice and clean. There is a pool, a couple hot tubs, a playground, dog park, showers and a nice laundry room. The sites are pretty close together, but I have stayed places that were even closer. For a few nights it was fine. We were in a partial hook up site (electric and water) which was on the perimeter of the park which we preferred. The people checking us in were super friendly and accommodating. There is a basic little store by the check in and they have a ton of tourist information available there too.
All in all we had a great stay and would happily stay again if in the area.

At check-in, they were so friendly and went through all the possible discounts we might be eligible for to make sure we got the best deal. The showers were very clean and very new. The sites had great shade, and the pool and hot tub area was very nice. The laundry room was inexpensive and the staff on site was always visible and kept on top of everything. The store and office opens at 8 AM and has some ice and other small things to purchase that you may need. Great stay, and would definitely stay here again.

This RV Park was really nice, clean, and quiet. The staff were all nice. They are across the main road from Mesa Verde National Park. We stayed here while we explored the National Park. I am glad we stayed here instead of the National Park. TV Antenna picked up many channels.
