“Water And Pet Stop”

Overall Rating

Stopped here to fill our RV's freshwater tank on our way to Quartzsite. Convenient pet area for our dog while filling. Recommend you pull in parallel to the curb at the far end of the car parking area. We didn’t use the indoor facilities. Picnic areas with tables looked nice.

This rest area is ok, but the bathrooms were just filled with beetle-type bugs. It was like a plague.

The pros: beautiful place, water spigot that you can use to fill your fresh water tank, awesome dog walk/exercise area, shaded picnic tables, flat parking, clean and safe feeling. Verizon worked well. The con: Loudest rest area I’ve ever stayed in. I’ve stayed in plenty and for some reason this one was horrible with trucks and the h... more
