The other reviews are correct about the cleanliness and how nice the cabins are, but my big gripe is the noise. You're between highway 1 and a rail line and the sounds are continuous. Now, we're no campers: we're travelers in a class A and for us the park was alright as long as we were gone during the day or in the RV with the aircon going at night. For the tent campers, I don't see the benefit of staying here although the tent sites are very nice. Even the wildlife stays away because of the traffic and rail noise.

The folks there are very accommodating and provided some good insights to where to dine etc.
Since the placed catered to snowmobilers there was lots of snowmobile noise starting at 8 and going on into the evening.

So.... there are trucks passing through all night and train on the other side. If you can't stand the noise, maybe not for you....

There are a few sites with no services at the front and they are not the greatest but farther back there are beautiful sites with full hookups extremely clean bathrooms and free showers! There are many tenting sites right in he woods which would be absolutely awesome fir tenters. Of course there is a train track nearby and trains do go by but in the Rockies this is common!
This is the best campsites on our whole trip and we are 6 weeks into our cross Canada trip!
And it’s minutes from town.
I would love to come back here!!!!
You should stop here too!!!

Apparently under new ownership (I'm assuming that due to the name change), as of June 2019 the resort is known as "Boulder Mountain" and it has very nice amenities and very nice new cabins. The RV sites, as opposed to the cabins, are not very nice and new. Many of the hook up sites are right on top of each other in a giant paved parking lot. I think the management is transitioning from RV-centric to cabin-centric. There is a large hot tub and very nice bathrooms and showers in the poolhouse. The area was absolutely overwhelmed with mosquitoes when we were there. Not sure if that's a problem with the specific location or Revelstoke in general.
