Campground is on a hill. Many spots have great views of the Las Cruces Valley. Lots are gravel and level. No grass. No trees. Nothing really outstanding, but a fine place to stay. As with many KOAs, it's a bit out of town. Enjoyed a beautiful sunset one eve. Recommend the Imperial Bar in the Double Eagle restaurant. Interesting cocktails...

The campground is well maintained, and there are a lot of activities to do (boating, water park, hiking, golf, etc.). Campsites 1 through 123 are concrete pads, but have virtually no shade. Sites 124 through 175 have great lake views and are well shaded, but they are gravel sites. There is a cart that comes around between 5pm and 9pm to sell...

Not Sure Why Has Such Bad Reviews. Site Is Clean Hot Showers Well Tended To. Amazing Location 5 Min Walk Down To Beach. Few uneven sites is only downside

We stayed here for a few days while visiting family in the area. Pretty average as a whole. Good electric, water pressure, cable, sewer, etc. my only complaint which is a biggie these days is the spaces are TOO close together. No real room to relax outside. Ok for a night stay.
