I do not know why this has five stars. The parking lot is a Dusty spot not pretty, not nice, and ugly. When I went there it was hot and very windy so I couldn't even open my windows otherwise my motorhome would have been filled with dust. I left within 15 minutes of getting there. Stayed here 1 night in route to Hot Springs. We also had enough time to visit Fort Smith National Historical Site. Sites were spacious and clean. Our site level with minor corrections. Did not use the bathhouse.

We enjoy staying here when we go to concerts and shows. Short walking distance to the Casino Event Center. Clean bathroom, showers and level sites. Couple trains in early morning.
