Fairly nice place. Lots of permanent residents. We were out by the road on Main St. so it was a bit noisy from traffic. Facilities were ok. Wash/dry machines were always full. The most frustrating part was the office trying to tell us we didn’t pay. Had to give them a copy of credit card statement to prove we did. Then the day we left we get a call again from the office saying we got propane twice and only paid once. We only got propane once. And paid for it and have proof we paid for it. So office records aren’t very well managed. Was central location in town. Close to everything.

“nice enough but loud road noise”

This park obviously exists primarily for permanent and long-term residents, but there are about a dozen pull-thrus up front for those of us just passing through. The employees were friendly and they have a nice, giant hot tub. There are other interesting amenities like a DIY oil-change station and trailer wash spray wand. We enjoyed the smell of fruit tree blossoms while walking through the park. Our only real complaint is the road noise as the park is sandwiched between the interstate and highway. There's also a lot of rocky crud in the water from the well. On a bike ride we found a Passport America park deeper in town (quieter) that we will stay at next time we're passing through.
