We got here on a Friday afternoon and we’re almost the only ones here. At night 2 more tent campers arrived and left early in the morning. The road is a bit rough and narrow in the beginning but totally doable for big rigs too! Plenty of room.
Only downsize is there is very little shade so it gets really hot during the day.

The spot seems well designated/ known. On the drive in we saw a sheriffs truck driving through and we had only 3 neighbors, although the spot can handle many campers. Very poor cell service but I did get a slow Verizon connection.

We stayed here June 3-5 2019. Located between mileposts 51-52. Easy to find, if approaching from the East; there is a NO PASSING sign almost on top of the BLM market- see photo. The turn-off is onto broken asphalt, which is plenty wide and improves as you go up the hill. We were traveling in tandem with our friends and scored the aforementioned spot, at the 2nd turn off (from the BLM road), in front of the pond. We were both towing approx 25’ trailers and we were able to set up side by side. There was still room for another rig or two at this second turn off and we had different campers each night. There was a large turn around area and more sites at the west end of the road. The first and third entrances were washed out, deeply rutted, had severe side slope and were only accessible by high clearance 4-wheel drive. Not sure if they maintain these areas but a day with a bulldozer would make dozens more sites for RVs. Other than that, a picturesque location super close to Zion.

Than there is lot of space. Maybe in Summer the water has gone and the terrain will be bigger. But also now there is place enough. We stayed here to visit Zion. More better than the campgrounds in Zion, because here you have more space and more nature and no busses and cars early in the morning.

Close to Zion. Beautiful. Nice rock fire pits. Would not recommend for RV (some space but not a lot). Lots of ruts.

First entrance only accessible by high clearance vehicles with no tow (we cleared with our Suburu tow vehicle). Second entrance which seems to be the easiest entrance was blocked by a runoff pond about 2 1/2 feet deep in the middle, we parked right in front of it giving us water front camping. There is another site at the bottom of this entrance. The third entrance is also a little rough, however I believe that small campers, truck campers could access. If you can access any of the entrances there are numerous sites off the road. Continue straight on the road and there are a couple more sites accessible to larger campers. We enjoyed our stay, very quiet and lots of wildlife tracks however we did not see any.

There is a large body of water at the second access road, not sure if its there all year long but we backed up to it with our fifth wheel and had water front property for 2 weeks. It rained, it snowed and we had a blast exploring the BLM area.
This location is very quiet. We had 2 or 3 vehicles visit each night, most just overnight, but everyone was quiet and we even met a couple of very nice families passing through. Kind of felt like camp hosts a couple of times LOL
Cell service was mediocre without a booster but worked great with a booster on both Verizon and AT&T.
We will definitely stay at this secluded BLM next time we visit the Zion area.

The dispersed camping area was mostly underwater. We parked our trailer in a turnaround. It was very quiet and pretty. The roads have a lot of overhanging branches. Probably best for rent and car campers.
