I use https://www.timeanddate.com/weather/usa/tallahassee/historic to get an idea. The page saved is Tallahassee, but you can change the location and then choose the month. So you might look at April in 2021, 2022, and 2023 to get an idea of the temperature range.

I'm not sure. I stayed there in Sept. and it was nice. 70's for the high and 40's for the low. I would expect it to be cooler than that. I hope this helped.
