We arrived after dark and easily found our spot, it was level with plenty of room. The park is super clean and well kept. Always staff around tidying. We chose a back-in river spot and it was so peaceful. The laundry room was great. They do have showers, but they are timed, go for 7 minutes and you have to wait 5 minutes before turning them on again. We were super close to the park and town, easy enough to get groceries abs fuel. Our Starlink had some trouble with the mountains, but cell service was available. We would definitely stay here again!

I had done an online reservation request for Zion River about three months before our trip (fall break) and they were full. I checked back in at six weeks and no luck. We decided to boondock at Hurricane Cliffs instead, but when we arrived literally every spot was taken. Zion River was just a few minutes away so we took a chance, drove over, and got in on a Saturday evening. Our site was perfect!! There’s a nice feel to the campground, very friendly, quiet, and extremely clean. Will definitely stay again, but will make a reservation much more in advanced.

We stayed in Zion River resort for 14 nights in late September, early October and really enjoyed our stay. The park is a very easy 10-15 drive to Zion National Park and a convenient 10 minute drive to LaVerkin where there's a nice grocery store and gas station. The RV park is very professionally managed with a large office and store area, heavily used pool and 3 clean bathrooms/showers. Verizon user warning - there's absolutely NO SIGNAL. That's ok as the site Wifi was strong and I experienced no buffering issues when hosting Zoom meetings or streaming Netflix. The sites near the road to Zion were a little noisy and the sites are very closely packed together, but I didn't find this to be bothersome as all the guests were super friendly. I would definitely stay here again

I was very impressed with this campground. We had a spacious lot for a tent. The staff were some of the friendliest I’ve met, and the campground had nice amenities, including very spacious showers and restrooms. This is also very close to Zion.

I was Boondocking nearby but ran into a problem with my fridge and needed 30A power for it to run properly. I took my motorcycle and stopped in at Zion River Resort. Despite being “all full”, they offered me a nice spot in the back of the park normally used for employees. They accommodated me for a 7 day stay when I had no reservation. The facilities were top notch….several pools, laundry, showers, etc. oh, and a well stocked store with food & more.
Now, to really demonstrate their commitment to customer service, one of the managers drove me (at no cost) out to my Boondocking location so I didn’t have to “load up” my motorcycle. He just offered when I explained my situation. Bottom line, this is an excellent, well maintained and well run facility with Outstanding staff. Cell Service was good here…I don’t recall the number of bars however. Re. Noise, some spaces near the road may have some noise, I was given a nice and quiet spot backing to a stream and so I only had the noise of a gentle stream.

We have a 39’ TT and were on a paved pull-through spot. We decided to stay 2 nights to explore ZNP and the office was extremely helpful, they gave us a map and let us know which trails might be more kid-friendly as we have a 2 and 5 year old in tow. The river is right next to the RV park that we enjoyed exploring and found lots of minnows and tadpoles. Excellent pool and hot tub that we made use of both days we were there. Convenience store/gift shop on site that we were able to utilize for RV supplies/snacks/beer.
Would absolutely return.

This is a very nice full-service RV resort that offers a variety of pull-through and back-in sites, and cabins. The sites are 50amp FHU, fairly long, and have nice spacing between sites. The park is pristine and offers a large inviting pool and hot tub, laundry room, playground, dog runs, propane fill station, and a real lodge with lots of apparel, home goods, ice, beer and other beverage choices. There is access to the Virgin River from the campground. We really enjoyed our stay here just minutes from Zion and other local attractions. The only downside was wifi coverage if you have Verizon. This was spotty and one bar at most. We highly recommend this RV resort. To see videos on this campground and others, visit our YouTube channel: Jeff & Steff’s Excellent Adventure.

We stayed in May of this year. The park was clean and well organized. 20 minutes from Zion. Spots super close together and not much room for truck parking. Road is narrow making for difficulties. No Verizon service and wifi next to worthless. We would look for another park in the future.
