While the staff were very friendly. And Zion was definitely within walking distance. The campsites are very close together. The ones we stayed in you ended up having your neighbors sewer right in front of you. Definitely would not consider this a Glamping experience. Convenience to the park is his biggest attribute.

Yes, the sites are a little crammed in there, but this was one of our kids favorite sites (we are on a 4 week road trip) it's super close to Zion, there's a stream (bring a tube to float), a pool, playground, and a nice store in case you forgot anything. The location makes this a fantastic option for anyone who wants to enjoy Zion!!

There was a hiccup with the water main breaking, but there were 2 amazing workers there that worked there butts off and fixed it. The employees there were all so nice.
Great pool also..!!!!

Proximity to Zion is the only reason to give this place high marks. But, that having been said, location is also the reason I’m giving it two stars. The photos of the rock facade everyone posts are pretty but what they fail to include in their photos is that immediately to the left of these photos is a CONCRETE YARD that is an eye sore and makes a lot of noise. See my photos. We were so disappointed to pull in and have this mess directly in front of us and hear it in full concrete production by 8:30 am. $100+ per night for this??? This should be disclosed at booking and in their property description. Buyer beware.
Our site fire pit and bbq had also not been cleaned but that was the least of the issues and we were inclined to overlook these because the staff was very sympathetic and offered to move us to the only available site after a cancellation which was a full sun location. We declined as we really needed our rig shaded for our pets onboard.

This is the last RV park before driving into the park, you are just .4 miles (an 8 minute walk) to the visitor's center. With parking so limited in the park, we either walked in or jumped on the free shuttle as there is a stop just outside the entrance. We were in a new section of the campground and there was plenty of room for our 41' fifth wheel and 20' truck. We never heard any noise from the street, the staff was very friendly - even emailing us when Amazon delivered a package for us, and the showers were great.
As for negatives, even though we were very close to our neighbors, we didn't mind it as we got to meet people from all over the world. The downside to being so close was that one of our neighbors was a heavy cigarette smoker and we could smell it when we tried sitting outside. The other issue with being so close was that their didn't seem to be a policy requiring putting out campfires when you went inside for the night - people just left them to burn out. That resulted in smoke filling the air when we were trying to sleep.
That said, we would definitely stay here again. We have Starlink so don't know about Verizon or AT&T coverage.

There was no internet or cable and we had 3 bars of T-Mobile. We were right on the river as well. It is still off season, so the campground was not very crowded. We have e-bikes and rode them into the park on the bike lane and then the trail. The entrance to Zion is very close, but a decent walk if on foot. The park is right in the small town of Springdale so you could walk to restaurants and the store.

Expensive for what you get but the location makes up for it. Site was level sand. Very small sites. My slide out was almost touching my neighbors. No laundry. Shuttle stops right at the entrance.

We chose this campground based on proximity to the National Park and it filled that need. Being a big rig, we did lots of google map viewing to select our site and it worked for us. Google maps appears to show a gravel/dirt lot in one corner of the park and we were unsure how we might fit in there. That section, like the rest of the park, is paved and there were a couple of larger rigs in there. But note that all of those sites back up to each other. While the roads are paved, there is very little green or other natural landscape between sites. There were a couple of end grass areas that the dog could use. When we opened our awning in our site, we basically reached the picnic table of the site next to us. We knew from the pics that this campground would be tight and crowded. It was surprisingly quiet to be so full every night we were there (just before Memorial Day). Although it is on the Springdale shuttle route, on the mornings we headed to the park between 9 and 10 am, the shuttle was full and we just did the short walk to the park. Same with the return trip in the late afternoon—we did not wait in the line and just walked back to the campground. If you hike the Narrows, we would recommend renting the shoes and stick package. You can get at the outfitter across the street from the campground. And the store “Hoodoos” across the street has a well stocked small grocery and ice cream shop. We enjoyed a meal at Oscars and Pizza and Noodle.

Both the manager and other camp representative had very poor customer service to the point that the manger simply hung up on me. Would not recommend this place if this is how they treat customers
