We were at Campground by the Lake and had to bail because it didn’t meet our needs (no available hookups and poor restrooms / water access, and ZERO cell coverage). This place saved the day. “Tahoe is amazing and this park is in an amazing place to see it from!”

We stayed here the weekend before Memorial Day weekend. This park is located in Zephyr Cove, about 3 miles from South Lake Tahoe. “Beautiful, large, completely treed park, across from Lake Tahoe”

Overall Rating

We stayed here on New Years weekend. Although there was no snow this winter and it’s impacting the local economy, the park filled up both nights. The staff was good, although the phone number is off-site for reservations and general calls. The access to spaces is tight, especially with snow poles up.
