I stayed at Woody's between January 1st and February 28th, 2023. The location is close to Interstate 10 which offers rapid access to Tucson proper and its suburbs. The sites are gravel and accommodate all varieties of RV types. Facilities included a laundry room and bathroom/shower amenities which were clean and well-kept. A nice pool and off-leash dog area were also available. While Woody's is not an upscale park, it offers efficiency, functionality, cleanliness, and friendly staff. For folks who plan to stay for a brief period, the pricing and accommodations are unbeatable. Nicole, the manager, was very generous, affable, accommodating, and diligent about park cleanliness and security. She really made my stay pleasant and stress-free. Nicole arranged activities to encourage an interactive, social atmosphere among the camper population by making common areas available to patrons and providing snacks in the community room weekly. Overall, the RV community there was easygoing and friendly. I strongly recommend Woody's RV Round-Up Resort.

Really the only con is the location, not the best part of town. Although close to the interstate to get to downtown. Otherwise there’s really nothing to complain about. You’ll hear trains in the distance at night.
Amenities is nice.

Woody's is a well-established RV resort village with many long-term RVers on site. It stays full constantly and openings are scarce so advanced planning is strongly recommended. Being under new management, improvements, and upgrades are in the works but do not impact the daily lifestyle of its participants. The staff is respectful and cooperative in working with the residents and goes above and beyond in their customer service approach. The ambiance is calm and laid back and the residents appear to have a live-and-let-live attitude toward each other. No drama. It is a no-frills resort so there are no over-the-top amenities aside from the swimming pool. If you want a nice place to park for a day, week, or month and take it easy, Woody's fits the bill. Located very close to Interstate 10, Woody's is within easy driving distance of Tucson Mall, restaurants, and fun activities. I strongly recommend Woody's as a pleasant place to stop on your road trip adventure.
