Host was awesome. I didn’t think we’d like it because as others have said it more like a field with sites close together, little to no shade. But other than a few cars after dark it was very quiet. The host was amazing. Neighbors were great. They have flush toilets. Showers are located at another campground near the beach. Overall I would definitely stay here again. The other campgrounds in the area we saw were very busy with lots of kids running around.

The pics on Tillamook County website make it look much shader than it is. The sites actually have no shade and half zero trees. Other than that, it's okay. One clean flushing toilet. No showers. Market and restaurants within walking distance.

Not open. Not sure if it’s permenant or seasonal. Very annoying since I called and there was no indication on the message that it was closed.

A decent haul to the beach from here, as you have to walk along the river and then back up a couple miles total to get to the stack and sand dune, this park is essentially a more cramped version of the Webb County Park, which is just across the street from Pelican Brewery and the main beach area. We went there instead and recommend you do as well, they at least have showers and bathrooms, not to mention access to the main attractions here in marvelous Pacific City, Oregon.
