I arrived at dusk on a cold Friday evening and was the only one here. I believe there is space for two to four RVs. I was parked along the Horseshoe pit . There are power hookup and water hookups. Great place. Safe and quiet. Simple but all we needed for a one night stay before attending a pre-dawn birding trip to Cheyenne Wetlands. Electricity and water. And free dump station at nearby City service center.

Nice enough for a layover with family near by. View of small pond. Near park and train tracks, not sure about noise level. Quiet now...
