As others have said, the sites are great! Well landscaped with shrubs providing privacy between decent sized sites. Ours was a little narrow in that we could not get our awning all the way out, but we really didn’t need to because the landscaping itself provided shade. Most sites are long enough for a truck disconnected from a large fifth wheel or a rig hauling sand toys, and we were asked about that when reserving so I think they accommodate you based on your toys. Many others had sandrails or quads and there is access to the dunes via a driveway in the park. Everyone was quiet and respectful and noise was not an issue. There is a grassy spot with lake access right across the highway and town is only a short drive away. The park is convenient to many nearby hiking trails as well. We did not use any facilities but the laundry room looked ample. The only downside we experienced was the fact that the wifi wasn’t great. We had better luck with our cell booster. Access was easy in and out of the pull through we rented. The owners are friendly and helpful and we will stay here again when in town.

Great location for a park, right next to 101 (with little to no road noise). Most of the sites are secluded from each other and have full hookups (30a, 50a, water, sewer, & cable). Friendly staff and easy to book over the phone. Wi-Fi is steady and can support remote work. I found cell signal to be not so good so we relied on the Wi-Fi for most of the stay. This park does have ATV access to the dunes. The staff have very good and clear rules for ATV use making it more enjoyable for non-ATV guests. Some of the ATV rules include: no aftermarket exhaust systems, no idling, no reving, etc..

There’s a small game arcade with a pool table and air hockey for the kids. If you own a power sport motor vehicle, this is your stop. You can access the dunes from the campground. We went a mile down the street to rent a side by side to hit the dunes and then spent the rest of the evening down town Florence for some delicious food and cute shops. Oh and the bridge you drive across to get to Florence is just breathtaking, especially in the fog. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Really nice spot.

We chose this park for the access to the lake for kayaking and visiting other areas in Oregon. Did not know this was an ATV or dune buggies on steroids park. Good laundry, the cell signal was poor but the park had wifi which we were able to stream tv in the evening. Park had good neighbors and management. This is close to Hwy 101 but we were not bothered by the traffic.

This is a smaller park with tight spots that are separated by hedges. We enjoyed this spot and the people that work there. Ken and Ashley were so nice to deal with. You can walk to the dunes from the site.

We were looking for an overnight spot and found this place. It was a Sunday night and no one was there but they posted the available spots and we found a nice, level, quiet spot. Showers were clean.

We loved this park. Very nice, helpful owners. There are plantings between the sites which makes it feel private. They have a dog park on the property as well as a large area on the lake which is across the street. We would have stayed longer but they were fully booked for Labor Day weekend.
