Winnipeg Beach Provincial Park Campground

Only an hour north of Winnipeg. $25.20/ night and a $10.00 reservation fee. We stayed 2 nights for $60.40. Fully serviced site #83. Awesome maintained landscaping. Wild flowers and berries are attracting birds of all kinds. Bathroom and showers are clean and modern. Just a short walk to the beach. There’s even a (clearly marked and large) dog friendly beach south of the main beach. There’s wifi and a password provided to campers. I highly recommend this campground.

Depending what area you stay in;

New Dipps - quiet most private with trees / shrubs

Moonlight Special - Open_ish quiet and close to office that has WiFi

Water Tower - very open .... no shade - you will see all 100 of your neighbors.

Having said that - we have tried them all and they are all great.

Loses 1 point because of location near town and cottage country - some noise.

NOTE ALL SITES HAVE 50 amp service and water / sewer), 90% of the sites are pull through.

Only a few years old, the campground is located on the shore of huge Lake Winnipeg adjacent to the town of Winnipeg Beach. The facilities are ample, very modern and well kept. Nearly all services required by campers are available in the town, including groceries, propane, restaurants, shops, tennis, marina, arcade. There is a large dog (and human) beach right at the campground and a very short walk away in the town is the long, newly reconstructed, disability friendly public beach.
