$78 is an expensive RV reservation. When you can’t stay and you lose the reservation, it hurts. Be sure when you make a reservation, you can cancel it if needed. I am kicking myself hard. My fault for not understanding the conditions.

Fantastic all around. Didn’t try it, but they also have mini golf.

Staff and camp hosts treat you like family.
Two small markets in town, and two bigger grocery stores in Reedsport (10 minute drive.)
Has a playground and a putting green.
One mile walking/biking path along perimeter of resort.
Plenty of space to maneuver big rigs into sites.
We travel in a 40’ fifth wheel and we’re in site 67.
We would absolutely stay here again!

That is to be expected this time of the year. I liked the location with the only draw back being a limited amount of restaurants in the nearby area. Should you hop on the highway north or south you will find plenty of options.
I enjoyed my late fall stay as there were no crowds.

Well maintained grounds, clean showers, very crowded all the time. We were surprised at how full it was well after Labor Day when we arrived. Lots of moving between sites for longer stays - they call it the “Winchester Shuffle”. People can book up to a 3 month stay a year in advance and spots are hard to come by most of the time. Quiet — unless you happen to be there on a Saturday and want to watch a movie or have lunch inside or watch your college football team in the Marine Activity Center, forget it! The CG hosts are instructed to put on the Ducks or Beavers game VERY LOUDLY, even if you are already there. They don’t kick you out explicitly, but unless you like someone else’s loud football & yelling/screaming ruining your conversation or game, you may as well throw in the towel and move on. This is the Marina policy per the CG front office.

We were lucky enough to get a last minute one night stay here, and boy what a great campground. Immaculately laid out, fantastic facilities, very. Friendly staff. Can’t recommend enough . We had a spot with a great sunset view, but there’s water views all around this site. Very safe and quiet too.

This was a great place to stay during the off season, but I can imagine it may feel pretty crowded in the summer. The bathrooms and showers were clean, and there was a change machine available to get quarters for laundry. Verizon speed was about 100 Mbps so plenty fast for working remotely.

We stayed here for a shake down trip in our new rig as its close to home. We were pleasantly surprised with how well maintained the park was. Camp hosts were friendly. Would highly recommend staying if you’re in the area. There is a little noise from the sand dunes and near by ATV access lane, but it’s not bad at all.
