Hi, is there a shuttlebus running from the campsite to Zion? We want to leave the camper parked at the spot.

It was a bit pricey for a one night stay but much better than anything in Leeds.

Very nice and very clean rv park meant mainly for short term rv stays. Pleasant staff and nice main office laundry and restrooms. Great size lots, mature trees provide shade and nice cement level pads! Incredibly responsive crew and a quiet location with rules respected! We definitely will come back

Overall this park is as lovely as everyone says it is. There were just a couple of unexpected items with our stay. Most importantly, the electrical box was located far behind the RV pad. There is a gravel area between the rows and the box is shared with the RV behind you, making for quite a far reach to plug in. Had we not had an extension cord with us, we wouldn't have been able to make it. I didn't notice this stated anywhere, so this would have been quite a bummer had we not had that extension cord, which not all RVers carry.
Also for a site on the pricier end, it would have been nice to have a picnic table on the site.
There's also a pretty deep umarked drainage ditch at the entry. It was so bad that someone enjoying the firepit near the entrance ran over to warn us about it when we arrived.

A highlight of our visit to Hurricane and Zion was the comfortable and convenient stay at Willow Wind. We had no trouble backing our 38 foot fifth wheel into our spot with the assistance of the park employee. The hookups all worked flawlessly including the cable TV and WiFi that proved reliable and fast. About 25% of the campers staying at the RV Park are long term folks. Pets are welcome and the park is kept clean. The abundant trees and the grass areas on most of the campsites help make it cool and peaceful.
The location proved to be just what we were looking for. Close to Sand Hollow, Zion, OHV trails, biking trails, restaurants and shopping.
The team at WillowWind was helpful and very welcoming.

We had a fantastic experience at Willowwind. Loved it and we'll definitely be coming back. I'm posting this review really late after the fact, but we stayed here from October 12 to November 9, 2022. From the day we checked in to the day we checked out we experienced a very clean, well-maintained and manicured park. The staff, Doug in particular, always acknowledged us with a smile and wave while we were out and about. We use the showers at the resorts instead of our own RV Shower and were very relieved to find the showers clean every single time without fail. We also did laundry 2-3 times / week and the laundry rooms were both clean as well. It was convenient to be so close to Zion, St. George, and great hiking trails and state parks. We used the resort community fire-pit several times as well as the clubhouse pool table and found both areas welcoming. We were lucky enough to get a shaded site, but the weather was not hot. The roads are all paved and wide as well as the parking areas. The employees take great pride in this resort and it shows as how well this operation runs. We had no problem with wi-fi internet connectivity (although we also have a pep-wave router) and cell phone service was really good. All of our neighbors were quiet, friendly folks.

Only negative was that there was no picnic table.

We really enjoyed this location. Showers and Bathrooms were nice and clean and private one room situations. We got a super site that had grass which was great for our dog. They have laundry and a "Dog Wash" unless you have a small dog you can disregard that dog wash, its outside plastic basin that our border collie could have jumped right out of. The site was paved and easy to level. My only complaint was the "Super Site" area backed up to a highway and there were trucks coming and going all night and since our bedroom is at the back of the RV and this was a back in site we heard the trucks coming and going all night. Not Terrible but kind of annoying. All in all I would def stay here again even with the truck noise.

Simple but decently spaced sites and a ton of lush trees make for a lush, friendly, and calm neighborhood feel. Conveniently located in amidst the offerings of Hurricane and nearby St George.
Great stop for a layover or re-supply night!

“HIGHWAY ROBBERY”
noted 3/21/2023
Unfortunately a medical issue required us to cancel our reservation 3 weeks before our arrival date. Our reservation was for 5 days, $450.00 +, and the full payment was required when making the reservation. We were told that we could not receive any part of our pre-paid IN FULL payment, as their policy is NO REFUNDS if cancellation is made less than 1 month prior. No discussion, no refund.
In 4 years of being full time RV Nomads, this has never happened to us. A very difficult and costly lesson.
