Yes it can. Main rd is rocky and a little bumpy but not to bad if driving slow. Some of the campsites you may not be able to get in but there are several available for your rig.

We made it with a 34ft motorhome but went too far in over the rocky trail and every cabinet in the motorhome opened spilling everything on the floor! Should have stayed near the entrance.

Yes. It’s a pretty good road. I think it is now closed though. They are making it a state park. Good and bad I guess.
