Very good location, maybe about an hour out to the Grand Canyon. Customer service was not a great experience as we had one yell at us but other than that great place to stay if visiting Grand Canyon with the family.

Pretty park nestled in pines. The sites are tight and quite unlevel. The office staff were extremely nice as was the man that led me to my site. There was a nice indoor pool, but I did not use. It was good to have a fenced in dog area. There was some road noise but not bad.

My son and I had a blast. They provided a pumpkin and carving kit for the kids. Awesome touch! It is a quick 5 minute drive to either Williams or the Deer Farm Zoo. Both worth a visit. We went to Bearzona Zoo on a different trip to Williams and also worth a visit. We would definitely stay here again.

Had planned for 3 nights but left after the first night.
Pros: staff are super friendly and helpful.
Cons: sites are packed in. Neighbors' picnic mat was touching the site's sewer connection - felt bad hooking up sewage right next to them. Adults and children were continually walking through our site even though there is a designated pedestrian pathway 5 ft away. Had to keep the A/C on to mute the outside noise (you're very close to your neighbors).
WiFi was non-existent because the park was so crowded. T-Mobile and Verizon didn't work at all when we were there.

Lots of side by sides/razors and buggies. Fair share of trump supporters but we had no contact. Everyone we spoke to was super nice. Lee is super cool, all staff interactions were positive. It was quiet - no loud partiers, but every power pedestal has a super bright light on it and that killed the stargazing and dark nighttime.
We stayed during the Covid-19 pandemic, no staff wore a mask (neither did almost any other visitors). Pool was full of kids. Mini golf and go karts available and reasonably priced, but is that why you go to an RV park?
Water pressure was on the low side, 30 amp was reliable, some sites have no septic but there is a dump station. Spots aren’t particularly level.
Overall a decent experience, and would stay here again in a pinch. Reminded us of summer camp, which was fun.

Lots of things to do, from the indoor pool to the playground and “train.” My 8,5 and 2 year olds all had fun. Unfortunately some things are still closed due to covid. No bounce pad or go carts. Only 10 people allowed in the pool at a time. Park was completely full, so kind of crowded. But, overall it was great. Easy pull through sites. Would definitely stay here again.

This campground had great access off the freeway. Lots of amenities at this location. They even picked up our propane bottles, filled them and returned to our campsite. They had an indoor pool and spa which we did not use. We had great internet and good cell service. The site has a fire pit and charcoal grill. The sites are tight in this park. When hooking up sewer my husband felt as if he was plugging into neighboring campers site. These sites are pretty unlevel as well. There are at least 2 dog parks and numerous trash bins throughout the campground. Campsite is dirt/gravel.

My tweenager kiddos had the BEST time at this site, which made it EVEN BETTER AFOR US AS WELL! There were go carts, mini golf, hiking trails, and well maintained grounds. There were even MORE Amenities but we honestly didn’t have the chance to do everything because of our other plans. I will absolutely be back!!

This was our first KOA stay, and we loved it! It's been raining for days in Arizona, and we really needed to charge our batteries. This was such a treat! They have an indoor pool and Jacuzzi and very nice showers. They also had a donation pancake breakfast the next morning! The wifi wasn't bad, and we had decent Verizon signal.

We called ahead as we were driving over and asked if they had any spots available. We were a bit surprised that they only had a couple spots available since it was after peak summer season in mid September but luckily they got us in. We asked if we could check in early since we were just 30 minutes away. The office staff and other employees we met were all very friendly and helpful.
The pool is small and the kids got bored pretty quickly, but it was fun for a little while. The hot tubs strictly prohibit small children (per AZ state law it states on the signs and employees entered several times to remind kids).
The kids enjoyed the cart ride around the park, the typical KOA jumping pillow and the playground. There were plenty of other kids around to play with.
Small con was that a lot of the fun stuff your kids will see from the freeway as you pass by cost money... the mini golf, rock climbing, pedal car racing around the playground, and gokarts (have to be a little older) have fees.
It's also pretty comical that this park is advertised as being close to the Grand Canyon. It's at least an hour into the national park. But there aren't many other RV parks much closer.
