With the recent rains the Four Wheelers, trucks and side by sides racing thru the roads have made big ruts in the roads to the camping area. Just drive slow and steady and you should be fine

The roads are great. There are a lot of people in there but there are a lot of spaces and places to camp. Especially if you can get back off of the road a ways just keep looking there or spots everywhere.

Not once you pass the transfer station and gravel beds. It’s true Boondocking.

Yes, we saw some big class A’s but you might not get as far back as smaller rigs. Only thing I’d be careful about is if it’s been raining, it would be a muddy mess.

The entry has a few dips but once you get to the back it’s not too bad. My Toyota Carrolla didn’t have a problem.

Some yes, some not so much. When you go past the landfill go straight instead of turning left. The roads are better in that direction. Some people just stay in that open area next to the landfill. The landfill is not fully open, just weekends for brush/green stuff only so no smell.

The times I’ve been there the initial road in was very well graded with plenty of options to park and turn around. If you have a big rig you may wish to stop at that point (where coordinates are given) and scout the road, which may change seasonally.
