Kind of but not really it is leave no Trace camping but it's on a preserve where the gate is locked at night though they give you the code to get in and out. And if you're camping there you have access to the trash dumpster. You can either camp in a tent in the camping area of The Preserve near the restrooms or if you have a trailer under 20 feet you can camp in the lower parking lot. But only for 3 days a month. And they appreciate donations. And you do have to call the ranger station first and make sure that they have a space open. Also there is no cell phone service there at all.
