We called ahead to confirm, no problem. The address that came up on the GPS took us to a back entrance that said NO RV’s. We called again, she gave vague directions to come in off main Hwy, White Sands Blvd, but the sign into the park was small non descript and hard to see ( we arrived at 3:30 pm). We called ahead to confirm, no problem. The address that came up on the GPS took us to a back entrance that said NO RV’s. We called again, she gave vague directions to come in off main Hwy, White Sands Blvd, but the sign into the park was small non descript and hard to see ( we arrived at 3:30 pm). All 30 amp sites are pull through and 50 amp sites are back ins. Sites are gravel and level. Laundry is closed on Sunday and washers only use cold water and dryers “have no heat” according to sign on door. It is centrally located in town with two grocery stores, and Walmart less than one mile away.

Overall Rating
Positive: Sites were level, good location, quiet, secure.
Negative: Neglected. Weeds around the sites and buildings have been growing for quite a while. Bathrooms were not cleaned Friday-Sunday. Pool and Laundry is closed on Sunday.
Starlink reception was good. No issues.

They are starting to allow Rv's in again. Can't use the public bathrooms at all. Can use laundry room. Contactless check in's so call ahead and they will give you the scoop. They were very nice.
Gravel large site where we were. Central location.

A manufactured home community with approximately 60 RV sites. Full hook-ups with 20/30/50 amp service. Free wifi with good coverage, nice size swimming pool, tennis courts, basketball courts, playground, two dog runs with grass, laundry on-site, barber shop on-site, and Walmart next door:-) Roads are asphalt with speed bumps through... more
A manufactured home community with approximately 60 RV sites. Full hook-ups with 20/30/50 amp service. Free wifi with good coverage, nice size swimming pool, tennis courts, basketball courts, playground, two dog runs with grass, laundry on-site, barber shop on-site, and Walmart next door:-) Roads are asphalt with speed bumps throughout to slow motorists. Sites are flat with large gravel rock with plenty of space to park your tow vehicle. Hookups are easily accessible but I would use a pressure regulator as the water pressure is strong. We would stay here again.
