Area is open and campers are directed away from the trucks. Large trailer parking in parallel with room to put out slides.

Less highway noise than the rest area east from here.

Still construction on main building, port-a-potties in front.

Seemed like this would be a good stop overnight, but when we arrived the place was closed for renovations with a couple of portable toilets outside. Ended up at H&G RV Park, just down I40 in Hazen, AR. Nice level spot, this one had no utilities, $10 for the night - worth it!

No facilities usually means that we drive on by but our reservation for the night before had fallen through and the places we had stopped before were fulll of tired truckers and we felt guilty lingering there. This stop had separate areas for trucks and campers and we had room to put down our steps so we could properly go to bed and... more

Parking with the trucks for an overnight is likely your best option unless you can snag one of the two RV sized spots near the restrooms. Note that this rest stop has a road that loops over to the Westbound side so if you cant find a spot at one, try the other. This road goes under a bridge but our 5th Wheel had plenty of clearance. ... more
