Super convenient for Whitefish and Kalispell. A little hard to find the well maintained access road to the super quiet, well maintained and managed park. From our site we had a meadow and mountain view. Part of the park is open and half in the trees. There are TWO fully fenced dog parks in the treed area. Good laundry and showers, very clean. No downside camping mid September! Thoroughly recommend. AND no darned overhead lights (personal peeve) so you can see the night sky.

All the sites were level gravel and spacious. Some had a concrete patios, we had a nice grass sp. Next time I would pick a back in spot in the back just to get that woodsiness.
The park is very quiet. Saw some deer and woodpeckers when we walked around. I would not recommend to people with kids as there is only a small playground to entertain them. We like that just fine. There was a large fenced in area for our dog to fetch.
Wifi was decent overall. Better during the week when less people were there.
The park is 20 miles from Glacier National Park and less than 10 miles from Whitefish. It was the perfect central location for everything we wanted to do. Less than a five minute drive gets you a great grocery store and lots of restaurant choices.
My only complaint would be the lack of full hookups. We had water and electric only so we had to conserve a lot and dump mid way through our stay. We took advantage of our proximity to the restrooms which were IMMACULATE as was the laundry room.
A great weeks stay overall
Ms Gevillo would stay here again

Just got in to RV-ing a few months ago...and attempted to book campgrounds in Columbia Falls, MT. Quickly realized the Big Sky Music Festival was in town the last week we were going to be in the area. Bob and his crew had a spot for our 5th wheel Monday through Thursday...but nothing Friday and Saturday night.
They offered to let us boondock in their RV park just so we would have a place to stay. Very nice of them!
Turns out they had a cancellation, and we got upgraded to a full service site (electric, water, waste), for our last two nights. No charge!
Overall rating is 5 starts. Very clean, quiet and pleasant RV park. Bathroom and bathhouse spotless. Grounds were immaculate. Showers were $1 for 5 minutes. They charge minimal fee to dump, but since we has full service the last two days, did not need. Very quiet RV Park.
Access is about 1/4 mile down a dusty gravel road from main highway...that is about the only negative I could think of.
My wife is in Grad/Doctoral school...and was able to complete a large homework / project on the RV Park's Wi-Fi. Very cool!
Got to meet Bob when we were checking out...he apologized for us having to move our campsite...said they are going to 100% on-line reservations next year...should eliminate having to shuffle and move people around. Bob as super nice, asked where we were from, asked if there was anything he could have done to make our stay better.
We will be staying at Whispering Pines in the future!

You'll find this out if you ask for a credit because you can't stay all the days that you booked or if you squabble about the $10 dump fee she didn't tell you about. It seems strange at every review is a five star? How many friends do they actually have? They treated as rockstars until there was a change of plan and we needed to adjust our schedule, then her teeth started to show. It didn't turn out very well, the worst experience I've had in my 60 years camping. Highly recommend finding another facility to camp at.
