We had originally booked a deluxe site with sewer but unfortunately our 45-foot fifth wheel wouldn't quite fit. The kind man in the office gave us several other sites to choose from and after walking through the park we chose number 72 which was lovely - a nice long pull-through very near the entrance to the River Trail walking path. Sadly, it didn't have sewer through so we used the dump station (which worked fine despite our length).
We loved that this felt like a campground rather than an RV Park and especially enjoyed walking our dog on the River Trail several times a day. Yes, there was definitely road noise from I-90 but it wasn't terrible for us and we slept with our windows open without any issue.
The camp store is very well stocked and they have a great selection of beer/cider/wine, ice cream, snacks, RV products, etc.
The laundry room isn't great - we used the laundromat in Cle Elum instead (which is happily right next to the Pioneer Roasting Co - go there!).
We would stay here again for sure. The only reason I'm choosing 4 stars is that we didn't have sewer at our site.

The location is all by itself on the other side of the freeway with some river frontage. Some really well positioned camp spots.

You can hear interstate traffic during the day but at night it’s peaceful. The pond during the day is a nice place to relax. The store has ample supplies for your camper. Showers and bathrooms are ok. Camp employees drive through a couple times a day to check on things. Wi-fi is spotty. We would stay here again.

Space C38 backs right up against the Yakima River where there is a walking trail. When we stayed in October, river was at it's lowest. During spring and early summer, water is high, fast and cold. The loop that we were on is paved and our space was on gravel. Just needed 1 board to make level. All the sites in that loop area are close together. Tree branches and scrubs have been removed so you can see all your neighbors. It was in the mid 40's and breezy so no one was really out to make that a problem. I90 highway noise was very evident when out of your rig. Not bad inside. Entire park was clean. Front desk people were very friendly. Some of the sites on " Original Loop " (13-21) might be tough for trailers. Best for truck campers or small motorhomes. Rest of the spots seem OK for any rig. All sites had picnic tables. None had fire rings. Could not have a fire anyway because of the burn ban ( in late October ). Would stay again when it's warmer and you could get out to play more. VERY easy access from highway when coming from the east.

A very nice Rv park tucked away along the Yakima River. Gravel sites with water, sewer and electricity. Check in was easy, website has a very good map and easy to make reservation. Met one of the owners in the office and he was very nice and easily answered my question. I will definitely stay here more often.

We needed an overnight during the summer and was able to snag a spot within a couple days of arrival during the summer. A lot of interesting ways to camp here with sites that back up to the river (which we had) some that backed up to a small lake/ large pond and then in the heavy wooded area where you felt like you were in the middle of a forrest with some campsites carved out. And they also had pretty good WIFI as well (not a need for us ,but it was nice). This park has a lot going on and I believe they were still refining and making some more spots on the back wooded area of the park, plus a nice trail that goes around the border of the park on the Yakima River. Would be good for a weekend spot to use for exploring the Cle Elm area for sure. We also filmed a video with a site by site review of the whole campground on our Youtube channel. - Unique Adventurez

If your rig is just a base camp / motel room while you are out and about then I-90 is less of a concern.
Good wi-fi. Good consumer cellular service.

Nice location. Close to Roslyn and Cle Elum. Specifically requested spots close together as it was 3 families staying together. Ended up arriving and all the spots were wrong. Our spot looked freshly dug up with huge rocks and exposed branches. The pictures online are not accurate for the location in the “backwoods”. We had electric and water, but no sewer despite our request.
All the roads to our family were super rocky and uneven. Felt like off-roading and camping in one. Not a typical RV PARK. Also, the pond used for swimming has leaches, snakes, and you sink into it. Also a train goes by and it sooooo noisy.

We decided to stay here due to its close proximity to the town of Cle Elum and to get away from town for awhile. Our trip to this RV park was during winter, so there was very low occupancy while we were there. It is located just off the I-90 on the south side of the interstate, but well within walking distance (½ mile) of Cle Elum. There was great hiking and biking trails near by to connect yourself with nature and the culture of the area. One of the trails we walked took us up to the town of Roswell. This was a great trail and was mostly snow covered when we were there, making it a great place to snowshoe, snowmobile or cross country ski. The trails in the area were well kept and in good condition for hiking, biking or just to explore. The RV park itself was very limited on site availability at the time due to snow fall. We were notified of a change of reservation sites a couple of days before arrival due to the snow and access to the sites. We arrived to find that they had plowed the major roads and our sites access. The store onsite provided a wide variety of needs in case something broke or was needed for your camping needs. They responded well with the guidelines of the state regarding COVID and were very well to work with. Access to the park was good for our 42' GD Momentum, and our site had 50 AMP service with water. A dump station was near and provided the ability to empty tanks as needed. The site was level with a gravel base and long enough for our trailer and truck. The sites were mostly tree filled making some shade for when the sun did appear, but not hindering the height of the trailer. WiFi was reliable and good for us while we stayed a the park. This park was close to I-90, and did have background traffic noise, but it was not annoying as it was more of constant background noise. We liked the proximity of this park with the many areas to visit while in Central Washington (Roslyn, Ellensburg, Leavenworth and Wenatchee). Overall this is a very nice park with great walking areas near the Yakama River and we would stay here again.
