I travelled here with a 35’ 5th wheel, long bed pickup and parked in site #173, a FHU, BI site for $60/night. Roads were asphalt and the site was grass and sand. It had rained recently and the ground was very soft causing me to spin my wheels backing in. The site is very close to the next one and the permanent home next door. The registration was concerning as I never received any confirmation or instructions about the check in process. The park is gated so I had to call to get through the gate. The office was also closed and there was nothing in the “after hours check in” box. I finally found someone who could call an employee to come help me. I had to wait awhile for the on duty person to come to the front and guide me to my site. It felt like there was not a strong process in place to handle short term rentals as the majority of the park is permanent residents. I had 3 bars LTE with Verizon, wifi at the clubhouse only (repeaters were destroyed by Ian.) I didn’t check OTA channels. The laundry room was small so it was always busy. Washers were $2 and dryers were 25 cents for 8 minutes. NOTE: the link from Campendium would have taken me to the wrong location. Enter the address manually and it will get you to the right place. I booked this place due to hurricane damage to the location where I wanted to go. I probably would not stay here again. It is just not my style and the management issues were concerning. The local residents were all very nice though.

There is not a lot going on in the LaBelle area, but Lehigh Acres, Ft Myers and Cape Coral are within a 30 min drive.
The park is very well maintained, but the laundry should modernize to get away from using quarters.
I only planned to stay 2 wks but stayed 5 as the park was so nice.
Shout out to Ana and Lisa!

Nice wide grass sites. Very nice friendly folks staying there. A lot of seasonals but clean up to date homes. Loved this park but not much to do in the area. The park itself has a lot of activities. Would definitely return.

Accommodating staff, spacious sites, we came in here before the start of peak season, intending to stay a couple nights and wound up staying the week. Big rigs are in The Glenn section, which is situated along Rte 29, some road noise, but overall no complaints.
Cobweb would stay here again
