Overall Rating
The web page is modern and quick to react and promises all conveniences. The reality is different. No toilet or shower to be found. The office/store/cafe closes early.
Written instructions asks you to announce if you check in after hours (2pm on Sunday), but the function is not available on the web!
No picnic table at our spot.
Only stayed because we had payed in advance.

“Elusive Potential”

This place has a lot of potential but needs A LOT of work. To start with, it needs good management. Instead, they have a space cadet who sits in the office staring into a computer screen or phone.
I would have given three stars for potential and the vision but I just don't see it happening under this management. My wife and I spent one season and had a great but expensive lot ($2800). Met good people and enjoyed the area near Madison, IN.
We made a $200 deposit for the next season to hold our spot. We decided not to stay but instead sold our lot. Rather than refund us the $200, Ryan credited it to the new lessor. Really??! Who does that?! I had to go to the person we sold the lot to and get the $200. That boy lives in a different world folks. They need to find someone more fitting for the job if they are going to grow. He hung up on me and will not answer. Nor will they respond to my email. That's very telling.
