Overall Rating
This is a better place than i had initially even expected. Management keeps it clean and everyone is so friendly and helpful. Everyone was right there helping us get parked and making sure we were comfortable. Broken things like the playground equipment get attention right away, and the other residents are very respectful, not much noise or nonsense even on weekends.

Overall Rating
Only place we could find near Phoenix that was taking 55 and under. There was a reason for the availability. Constant water/ sewer issues, dog scat everywhere, no public bathrooms, showers or laundry, no WiFi. Gunshots (multiple) daily. Kids run through your lot all times of day and night. Answer to sewer problems was spreading lye.
Mari was nice and understanding. When we left she offered a discounted rate for our troubles.
This place needs some serious upgrade, clean-up, and security. If you’re looking at this one, keep looking.
