Overall Rating
Lake Mary & Mormon Lake roads are paved. There are a lot of forest roads, plenty of signage. We started on Thursday at a fr on the other side of Lake Mary Road, good cell service and beautiful forest but a family had portapotties and we’re setting up for what promised to be a huge family reunion… so we came over to this forest road. Lots of spots and the road itself is maintained (tight packed dirt) low clearance vehicles should go slow and be choosey about camp spots (the entrance to the spots bottomed our butt out on the way in so I packed gravel and dirt in it so we could get out easier - this worked for us. ^.^ I wondered why there were no reviews for this spot, I mean not many folx seemed to be out there camping - day time 4 wheeler use was consistent on the weekend but not obnoxious and there’s cows! …however there is legit no cell service (we were able to make calls and send texts in the evenings, it was hit or miss tho - no streaming etc tho).
