Overall Rating

This spur road does look a bit intimidating with its large dip at the entrance. We were able to get our 5th wheel to the second site along this spur before the humps in the road became too large for the clearance of our rig.

The sites sit along a small creek and are very level for the area. We were able to use our solar setup and Starlink during our visit. The main road can be busy, but this side spur does not get much traffic.

There are about 8 sites along the length of the spur, with the last one being a pull through loop in the trees.

It is a very nice area to camp in, but the mosquitoes are a bit much. We didn't see any moose but heard they are in the area. Occasionally you can hear I-40 but it is not loud.

I had 1 bar of Verizon 4G and 2 bars of AT&T 4G but coverage was spotty.
