Overall Rating
I have been using this location as my home base for the last 6 months. Preparing for my 2017 year travels. I like the management here, and the monthly rate is the lowest in Clovis. Full hookups with 50, 30 and 20 amp service. Free wifi, and plenty of local tv channels in HD. Its a small park with a few economy apartments with utilities as well. Each space has two spaces to give more room for awnings and patio furniture, so your getting two spaces for the price of one. Not sure of the daily prices since I rent monthly. I will most likely come back here after a few months of boondocking around the country. There is noise from train tracks about 3/4 mile away, but you get use to it. The fellow RVer's are quiet, and friendly. Its a comfortable park and I enjoy being here.
