Question about West Chicago Creek Campground

I have an F150 and a 25 ft trailer. I'm worried about the switchback road and the conditions of the road. Anyone have any thoughts on getting this size trailer down the road?

We have a Chevy 2500 and a 27ft 5th wheel. Camped on site #15 for 3d. Slow going but no problems. Several pullover areas if you meet traffic.
