Clicked on "permits available" link for Arizona State Trust Land. Couldn't find where permit allows for camping. Did I miss something?

Certain types of recreational activities including bicycling, bird watching, GPS-based recreational activities (geocaching), hiking, horseback riding, off-highway vehicle (OHV) usage, photography, picnicking, and sightseeing. Don't see camping mentioned.
