Question about Wedge Overlook Dispersed Camping

rvluv asked on 4/29/2020

We have a 38' fifth wheel and want to tow our Rzr down there by pulling doubles with a 16' utility trailer. Anyone have experience with this location to know if we'll run into issues?

You will be fine. Especially if you come in from Price on Hwy 10. Just before you get to Emery, turn left (east) onto the Green River Cutoff Road (county rd 401). Stay on that road and follow the signs to The Wedge Overlook and Buckhorn Draw Rd. The road is hard packed gravel. I was doing 45-50 on the road towing our 31' Fifth Wheel. Lots of dry camping sites and lots of roads to explore on your Rzr. You will have a ball.

Boy, that's a tough one in that the road to the Wedge camping area is fine, If I remember correctly but nav around to the sites might be a little tricky turning around. Here's some pics if that would help. Remembering this was a year or so ago and rain damage might affect it.. Should be ok... Enjoy. Pics: https://photos.app.goo.gl/V9dON8gcrxrHcJ4A2
