Water Valley Landing Campground

Excellent campground run by super camp hosts. Park has 23 active sites and newer bathhouse. Sites are all large, concrete and FHU ( rare for a COE park)! Coming from the interstate take the first turn for Hwy 53. Its a straight shot to the campground. If the GPS takes you to the turn at the Baptist church, use the parking lot to go back, otherwise you will wind through a rundown neighborhood with tiny roads. 2 bars ATT. Couple of good diners in town 10 minutes away.

Only about 25 sites available to reserve, but all are nice. Level pads, all have sewer and very clean. The host was waiting on me as I arrived, ready to help in any way, friendly and down to earth folks managing this quiet and surprisingly updated park.
Not sure why, but No signs anywhere on the main roads indicate this as a campground, you only see Water Valley boat landing signs. Hidden Gem, you will enjoy this one if you just need to unwind and take in a little fishing on Enid Lake, just a short walk away from any of the sites here.
The boat landing is next door, very nice and plenty of room to drop your boat in if you are set up for fishing.
