Like most national parks with no private concessionaire, the campground has only toilets and no showers. Zion Outfitter, located right outside the park entrance within easy walking distance of Watchman, offers showers ($5 for 4 minutes).

Not when we were there, May 2018. There were no showers available in any of Utah's Mighty Five. After that trip I always keep large size disposable wash cloths in my camper.
