Site #11 was a level and long paved back-in site. 30 Amp service.
the pull through sites seemed like they had quite a slope.

Overall Rating
Washington State Park is one of MO's older parks. We've pickniced and hiked before, but this is our first camping trip here. The campground is very clean and we'll maintained. Site 018 is very level and is easy to back into. The site faces into thick woods and feels very private.

Wonderful! Well-maintained campground with friendly helpful staff. Some electric sites are more level than others. Kinda remote. Was here the Wednesday before Memorial Day weekend and it was nearly empty. Nice clean bathrooms with separate shower room. You can reserve online the day you’re arriving, but maybe better to call - my same-d... more

The campground is very well maintained. All electric sites have gravel pad area and are very level. Mature trees balance with open areas. Fresh water spigots throughout as well as bathhouse, bathroom, and various vault toilets. Primitive sites are more “natural” in their slants. Most aren’t too extreme however. Full tree cove... more

All electric sites have gravel pad area and are very level. Mature trees balance with open areas.
Fresh water spigots throughout as well as bathhouse, bathroom, and various vault toilets.
Primitive sites are more “natural” in their slants. Most aren’t too extreme however. Full tree coverage and woodsy feel.
All campsites have picnic table, lantern pole, and fire ring.
Dump station and dumpsters easily located near entrance.
Outdoor amphitheater, where they have various presentations during the season, is right next to one of the playgrounds.
A number of great trails located nearby. Varied difficulties and lengths.
There is a swimming pool located just down the road - still within the state park.. (I was not open yet.
