Overall Rating
First come, first serve dry campground with several sites overlooking ward lake. RV friendly and has a few pull-through sites for bigger rigs. Most of the sites are separated by trees, all have fire pits and picnic tables, clean bathroom facilities, has trash receptacles, and portable water faucets. No cell service or WiFi however the Grand Mesa Visitor (less than 5 min drive) is closed due to COVID but you are able to access WiFi there. The camp host is very friendly and keeps up with the maintenance. Definitely recommend staying here... the sites fill up fast though!
