Stayed a night there. Quiet and clean. Convenient to shop too. Rv car wash in the same parking lot, plenty of room for out class A.

Recycle cardboard, newspapers, and jugs in large parking lot bins.
Car wash for cars and tall rigs.
Clean, fairly quiet, well lite.
Clean store.
Good cell signal. Wifi if close enough.
No one "camping" here.

Safe comfortable area, and well lit. Had to pull over and stay somewhere for the night, and this did the trick
