“Normal Walmart Parking Lot Experience”

Parking lot has a designated overnight truck parking, though after the store closes at 11pm the trucks take over the whole parking lot. We parked in the area circled in the image above. No problems- just your normal trucks coming and going occasionally.
Right next to a marathon gas station too- convinient.
If you don't mind the low continuous hum of generators and the occasional squeal of an 18 wheeler, it is a good overnight stop along this stretch of 70.

Overnight options along this stretch of I-70 are very scarce. This WalMart has a small section of its parking lot blocked off for overnight options, which we are very grateful. The problem is truck drivers also have very few options and this WalMart is very popular. It is very loud with running diesel engines, refrigerant noise, and its close proximity to I-70.
