We called and were told a city ordinance prevented overnight parking. Went to a Cracker Barrel much further on and patronized them. We will find another Walmart for our supplies.

We called ahead to ask if they allowed overnight stays in their lot and the lady was so nice and said “absolutely you may”. Asked us to park behind Sams. Large lot between Sams and Walmart. Convenient right off Interstate 40/75 They had gas for good prices compared to all around the area. Of course it was noisy when at 4:30 am the park... more
We called ahead to ask if they allowed overnight stays in their lot and the lady was so nice and said “absolutely you may”. Asked us to park behind Sams. Large lot between Sams and Walmart. Convenient right off Interstate 40/75 They had gas for good prices compared to all around the area. Of course it was noisy when at 4:30 am the parking lot sweeper went through for about an hour but white noise helped. Thanks Walmart!

Located just off interstate I 75/40. Asked and was given permission. It was a quiet night and we felt safe. Told to park on the end close to the truck entrance for Sam’s, which is located next to Walmart. There is a gentle slope but we were able to find a spot to stay without unhooking.
